Terms of Service (Coaching Agreement)

These Terms govern Liberty Hill AI coaching offered by AIGenCoach LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“AIGenCoach,” “we,” “us”). Liberty Hill AI is a local coaching front door of AIGenCoach LLC. aigencoach.ai is the separate AIGenCoach firm site and has its own policy.

By booking a session, submitting intake, paying, or using libertyhillai.com, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cancellation, Reschedule, and Refund Policy.

1. Who may book

You must be 18 or older. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

2. What we provide

Liberty Hill AI provides educational coaching and guided practice using AI tools. Current founding offers are described on libertyhillai.com and may include:

  • a free 15-minute clarity call
  • a Personal AI working session (75 minutes)
  • a three-session personal confidence package
  • a small business working session (90 minutes; owner or up to two decision-makers)

Sessions may be in person across the Liberty Hill + Cedar Park / Leander corridor (Liberty Hill, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Bertram, and Burnet), or by video. Availability is subject to scheduling.

The current listed price at booking controls. Founding rates may end at any time.

3. What this is not

This is coaching and education. It is not:

  • legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, insurance, or mental-health advice
  • an employment, fiduciary, or professional-advisor relationship
  • custom software, automation implementation, system integration, or production IT work
  • a guarantee of business results, income, time saved, or tool performance

No software implementation warranty. We do not warrant that any tool, prompt, template, or workflow will be error-free, current, compatible with your systems, or fit for a particular purpose. You decide what to use.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. You must review it before you send, publish, or rely on it.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

  • bring the device you normally use
  • arrive on time (or join the video link on time)
  • keep Calendly answers high-level; share detailed examples after booking, preferably in the session
  • use sample or redacted information for customer, family, school, financial, employee, or health-related examples unless Heath has agreed to a specific safeguard
  • keep control of your own accounts, passwords, and third-party AI tools
  • make your own decisions about tools, subscriptions, and business actions

You are responsible for data you enter into third-party tools, including tools you already use.

5. Sensitive information

Do not upload or paste live sensitive records into intake, Calendly, email, or AI tools during a session unless we have agreed in writing to a safeguard. We may refuse to work with unsafe examples and still treat the session as delivered if the limitation was your choice not to use sample data.

6. Payment

Payment for paid sessions and packages is due at booking, unless we expressly agree otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe through the booking flow. The merchant of record is AIGenCoach LLC.

A completed booking and payment form a coaching agreement for that offer.

7. Cancellation, reschedule, and refunds

All cancellation, reschedule, no-show, and refund rules are in the Cancellation, Reschedule, and Refund Policy. That policy is part of these Terms.

8. Materials and intellectual property

You keep ownership of content you bring. AIGenCoach keeps ownership of the website, branding, methods, and general teaching materials.

You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use recaps, prompts, checklists, or templates created for you in your own work. You may not resell them, publish them as a course, or present them as your product.

We will not use your name or identifying business details in marketing without your permission.

9. Third-party tools

Coaching may involve tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Google, Microsoft, Apple, or others. Those tools are provided by their vendors, not by us. Their terms, pricing, and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, charges those vendors bill you, or data you submit to them.

10. In-person sessions

In-person meetings are by agreement at a reasonable public or private location. You are responsible for access to your home or workplace if we meet there. Either party may switch a session to video if weather, illness, or safety makes an in-person meeting unwise.

11. Recordings

Sessions are not recorded unless both sides agree in advance. If a recording is made, it is for your personal reference and our quality notes only.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Coaching results vary.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AIGenCoach LLC and Heath Miller are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for actions you take based on coaching or AI output.

Our total liability for a claim arising out of a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that Texas law does not allow to be limited.

14. Indemnity

You agree to hold AIGenCoach LLC harmless from claims arising out of your use of AI output, your disclosure of third-party confidential information, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

15. Website use

You may not misuse the site, scrape it, attempt to break security, or submit unlawful content. We may refuse or end coaching if you are abusive, unsafe with data, or using the session for illegal activity.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue is the state courts of Williamson County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version posted at /terms on the date you book applies to that booking.
