Privacy Policy

Liberty Hill AI is a local coaching offering of AIGenCoach LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“AIGenCoach,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers libertyhillai.com and related Liberty Hill AI booking, intake, and coaching communications.

It does not cover aigencoach.ai. That is the separate AIGenCoach firm site and has its own privacy policy.

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies when you:

  • visit libertyhillai.com
  • submit the AI readiness intake
  • book a clarity call or paid session (including through Calendly)
  • email, text, or call us
  • attend an in-person or video coaching session

Paid coaching is for adults 18 or older.

2. What we collect

You provide

  • Name, email, phone number
  • Optional business name, team size, and tools you already use
  • Appointment details, location preference (in person or video), and a high-level description of the task you want help with
  • Payment information, which is collected by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers
  • Session notes, recaps, prompts, or checklists created during or after a session
  • Anything you choose to send by email or intake form

Collected automatically on our site

  • Standard hosting logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps) from our website host (Vercel)
  • libertyhillai.com does not currently use advertising pixels, Google Analytics, or a marketing cookie banner

Collected by booking and payment tools

If you book on Calendly, Calendly collects scheduling data and may use its own cookies, analytics, and payment tools. Payment is processed by Stripe. Those companies handle data under their own privacy policies as well as this one.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries and complete intake
  • schedule, prepare for, deliver, and follow up on coaching
  • process payment and send receipts
  • communicate about your booking, including reschedules
  • keep records needed for tax, accounting, and legal compliance
  • improve our coaching offers
  • protect against fraud, abuse, or security incidents

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use libertyhillai.com data for third-party advertising.

4. Sensitive information

Do not send real customer lists, student records, medical details, Social Security numbers, bank credentials, employee files, or other sensitive records unless Heath has agreed in writing to a specific safeguard.

Use sample, redacted, or made-up examples in intake forms, Calendly questions, email, and sessions. If sensitive information is sent anyway, we may delete it, ask you to resend a redacted version, or decline to work with it.

You remain responsible for what you paste into third-party AI tools, including tools you already use.

5. Sharing

We share information only as needed with:

  • Calendly — scheduling
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Vercel — website hosting
  • Email and calendar providers used to communicate and hold appointments
  • Professional advisors (for example, accountant or attorney) if required
  • Authorities if required by law

We do not sell or rent your information. If we ever use an email platform for optional updates, we will only send what you asked for and include a way to unsubscribe.

Booking and payment pages are operated by Calendly and Stripe. Their tracking and cookies are governed by their policies.

6. Retention

  • Inquiry and intake messages: kept as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable business record, then deleted or archived
  • Booking, payment, and tax records: kept as required by law (generally at least 4 years for Texas tax records)
  • Session recaps and working notes: kept while useful for your coaching, then deleted on request or after a reasonable period of inactivity

You may ask us to delete information we control, subject to records we must keep for tax, dispute, or legal reasons.

7. Your choices

Email heath@libertyhillai.com to:

  • access or correct information we hold
  • ask us to delete information we control
  • opt out of optional email updates

We will not honor a deletion request in a way that erases a completed paid transaction we must retain.

8. Children

libertyhillai.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Coaching bookings are for adults 18 or older. Family or school questions are discussed with the adult client, not as a service to a minor.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, including trusted processors for booking and payment. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Do not include passwords or highly sensitive records in forms or email.

10. Texas and other privacy laws

AIGenCoach LLC is a small Texas business. We provide this notice so you know what we collect and why. If a privacy law later gives you additional rights that apply to us, we will honor a valid request.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change, and the current version will be posted at /privacy.
